This limited warranty only applies when TMT LEDs products are properly wired and installed together as a system including TMT LEDs modules and TMT LEDs power supply within the electrical values and load requirements specified on the LED Product Installation and Datasheet.
All TMT LED products (LED modules and power supplies) are subject to the terms listed below:

Warranty Terms and Conditions
TMT LEDs will not warranty: (i) defects caused by improper installation, (ii) unauthorized service or parts (iii) acts of God, (iv) damages created during shipment, (v) damage caused by misuse of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed. Eligibility of labor warranty coverage is only offered from a TMT LEDs authorized distributor or TMT LEDs HQ. Warranty claims must be submitted to an authorized TMT LEDs distributor or to TMT LEDs HQ within 30 days of claim occurring.
Warranty Claims
During the warranty period, products found by TMT LEDs Quality Assurance Team to be defective due to defects in materials or workmanship shall be repaired or replaced (This excludes installation, field support labor, or loss of profit, income or revenue). Replacement product will be shipped via ground at TMT LEDs expense. Any deviation or expedited request will be charged to the purchaser. All exchanged parts and products replaced under warranty will become the property of TMT LEDs.
Use of Third Party Components
TMT LEDs engineers our modules and power supplies to work together to provide and efficient and reliable lighting system. Use of third party components (modules or power supplies) will result in the warranty period being reduced 50%. For example: Using a third party power supply with the Mini 2 module will reduce the module warranty to 5 years parts and 2.5 years labor. Should the third party power supply be the cause of the module failure, no warranty claims will be paid.

Please Note: Installation photos, photos of failed product and any applicable invoices must be submitted with the claim for it to be processed.
